Our Story

Artisan Design and Remodeling originally started as Mike's Handyman Service in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA, in 1988. Most of our work was small repairs in kitchens and bathrooms, as well as carpentry and painting. The transition to remodeling was made in 1991 after working for a remodeling firm in Portland, OR, working on complete renovation and restoration projects, including a Victorian1884 home.
